They are very approachable and there is a level of transparency on how we are doing that I have almost never seen in other jobs

Transparency. I know for sure we share more internal information about goals and where we are than any other previous company that I have worked at before.

The salary is above market value in my area. Perks/benefits are nice in my view, but having a great salary makes it so the people are not worried about bills and can focus on other things.
