I feel MXP cares about inclusion, equity, and social impact. I believe MXP cares about employee satisfaction and retention (through work-life balance initiatives and comp).

I love that the company is trying hard every day to bring our company values to life, I can feel our desire to focus on our customers, share knowledge, and achieve results. The one team aspect of our culture is probably my favorite though.
