I know everyone's trying their best. But from my perspective, leadership is not giving enough resources, trust, and consistent straightforward guidance to finance and sales operations managers. We can only keep this ship afloat with appropriate budget allocation and company-visible backing from Phil

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe my skill and knowledge are not reflected in my compensation, especially after pay transparency made it more obvious and unfair. There are also similar or lower roles in the market that are paying higher which really adds to the feeling of being undervalued. Inflation only makes this worse.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I put "negative" because it also varies. Sometimes people are giving 5/10 and awful to work with and sometimes I get off zoom calls with a sore face from smiling/laughing.

What makes you most happy at work?
Feeling valued and appreciated by management especially with a constant change. Also having the ability to look forward to growth and impact opportunities as it feels as though some don't allow others to get that opportunity or participate and are behind the scenes unnecessarily.
