Good overall. I do enjoy working with my team. However, I feel as though growth opportunities are not what I expected and my role here doesn't feel valued. The lack of being included in cross-dpmt. collab is also frustrating as I feel like I don't get to participate even if it relates to my job.

What makes you most happy at work?
Feeling valued and appreciated by management especially with a constant change. Also having the ability to look forward to growth and impact opportunities as it feels as though some don't allow others to get that opportunity or participate and are behind the scenes unnecessarily.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe my skill and knowledge are not reflected in my compensation, especially after pay transparency made it more obvious and unfair. There are also similar or lower roles in the market that are paying higher which really adds to the feeling of being undervalued. Inflation only makes this worse.
