It's great if you know how to take advantage of things - time management, benefits, workload, work/life balance, relationships, etc. Otherwise, I would have quit a long time ago.

Unlimited sick time, $50 WFH monthly stipend, $120 to spend however you want, asynchronous work schedule, private health insurance.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
After exceeding expectations for two Growth cycles in a row, taking on new responsibilities, giving 120% each day and getting praise from everyone to then not get a raise because "you've hit the top of your position's pay band"... I felt insulted.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The comradery and sense of belonging. Everyone's happy to help with whatever you're dealing with, and our managers trusts us to the point where we have little to no interactions throughout the week and we still manage to fulfill our expectations as a team.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening to feedback, that's what they need to get better at. And I'm not talking about the whole "thank you for sharing this with us, we'll review it and yada yada" corporate crap for them to later do nothing about it. I'm talking about actually taking it into consideration when making decisions.
