When given the opportunity, open & honest team - the culture is thankfully easy going and friendly. One of the reasons I stay despite the compensation gaps.

Compensation in the tri-state ranks higher vs. Mondelez. Benefit of WFH is now offered elsewhere. Increased salary and/or other benefits (perks) would offset the competition in our industry.
