Mondelez International North America Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Profitable company so someone is doing something right. I do think they do a good job overall.

The flexibility and that I can speak up if I need anything.

Their focus on people and trying to make a good culture.

Support and engagement, always willing to help

They communicate constantly any changes, leave an open door for feedback and to just chat

Review from Sales Dept

They care about their team, and they are flexible

They care about employees well

Review from Sales Dept

They are always there, for us, ready to help, listening to us, supporting us.

They hear us and our feedback

The Leadership Team is truly committed to working with the teams to grow together

Top tier in the industry. Inspiring leaders.

We do good teamwork :)

Review from Sales Dept

The vision of the organization.

Nothing at this time to share.

At this point I'm very disappointed of leadership team

Review from Sales Dept

They remind us about work-life balance and that they are things that can wait.

They seem to really care about us.

That the door is always open for me to approach with any concerns, questions or comments I may have. I am encouraged by my TL to always be open about how I feel and what I look forward to. I am looked at as an individual with my needs that don´t match othe

Dynamic and diverse leaders help showcase what we stand for.

The intention of wanting to improve, although not always obtainable the intent of wanting to try is present

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Need to be more engaged with the people they preach they are engaged with. It's all talk and they say there is action, but it is purely superficial and all for show.

The leadership team is not professional, they take personal most of the work-related things and creates imposible to grow within MDLZ as the only people they promote or care about are close friend or people they like.

Soft skills, emotional intelligence*, willingness to compromise at improving our functions and systems. Listening, understanding. Not being SO close minded to hearing new ideas and ways of working. Quitting gossip. Not taking feedback personally. Moving feedback along to their leadership.

Motivation, retention and mental health

Review from Sales Dept

Willingness to see what is wrong and must be changed.

Give clear guidance as to the direction of the company

Review from Sales Dept

Communication. There's too much secrecy and deception.

Review from Sales Dept

Understand more on whats really going on out in the field.

Review from Sales Dept

Communication to the sales organization

Review from Sales Dept

We have changes every other month, we are asked to do more and we are not paid enough for it or the excess work. If people were compensated better they would likely feel just fine.

Review from Sales Dept

Leadership needs to be more transparent regarding the companies direction. In addition there is a lack of sufficient answers when issues come up Typical response is"we need to get better" or "Do the best you can", however you're still held accountable to the task. Always feel like you're on your own

Review from Sales Dept

Focus on our business and not ideology. Employees and what they bring to the company regardless of race, gender, etc.

Stop solely focusing on the bottom line. People do matter. Work life balance is important.

Review from Sales Dept

Our leadership team has seemed to miss the mark with hiring in key positions as of late. We need to take the time to be more intentional when it comes to our hiring whether it's a POC, female, or who the candidate. Let's ensure that the person we hire has the support in order to get the job done.

Review from Sales Dept

Not adding on more responsibilities while trying to save money, yet "forgetting" to assess compensation as responsibilities increase.

Review from Sales Dept

I often to do not feel included. Genuine inclusion!

putting action behind strategy, ensuring we rally behind fewer but more impactful agenda items
