Extremely satisfied and enjoying to work with the company

Very positive- I am supported and in an environment where there is always someone I can turn to if I have a question. There are a lot of elements of 'large corporation' that are inherent to our ways of working at Mondelez so employees should expect the processes, policies, constraints as part of it

I've had an array of opportunities that have been supported by a majority of management and mentors. The work:life balance is great, yet offset by competition post-COVID. We do struggle with system efficiencies and ownership.

It is a great place to work with great people on some of the most fun brands in the world. The work is hard & always evolving, but it is meaningful and rewarding. The company asks a lot of us, but gives us the flexibility to be able to manage through the work as best fits us. I am proud to work here

Trying to make best out of a bad situation

My department leadership team (VP) is honest and transparent about communication, and supports her team both in development as well as representing our perspective in her interaction with her peers/ other leads. What's most important to me about her is that she listens to others.

Executing a balanced strategy, empowering and caring for the employees, and a commitment to deliver DEI.

They are authentic and consistently show they care about us as employees and about our consumers as real people. I'm impressed by the direction they are taking the company at every turn - in terms of company goals, the quality of our products, and the social responsibility of the global corporation.

My immediate leadership team has provided me the most support, compassion, flexibility, and a listening ear. They prioritize my wellbeing as that will in turn drive business deliverables.

As a whole within the company i feel undervalued. But within my own department team, i feel much more seen and heard. The executive leadership team seems to only care about business deliverables versus the care of people. They only focus on the large brands versus the other brands which are impt.

Based on the inflation level and online evaluation of salary range of employees at corporate companies, there is an opportunity to adjust the pay to match up with other corporate companies.

Equivalent pay for the area in other CPG companies

I would like to have a market competitor paid, value you employee and knowledge and paid fairly , why outside candidates get fair paid and inside candidates are paid as is was a annual paid increase of 3% ? what is the point of applying and going to interviews and competition ?

Compensation in the tri-state ranks higher vs. Mondelez. Benefit of WFH is now offered elsewhere. Increased salary and/or other benefits (perks) would offset the competition in our industry.

They are enthusiastic, put in a lot of effort, and care about each other. It never feels competitive. People are open and honest and almost always willing to help out where they can, even outside their direct responsibilities.

It's a positive, supporting working environment. Like any company, there are pockets of tension due to work stress due to project deadlines or people interaction, working on beloved brands in the food industry helps create a culture of positivity & fun.
