As a whole within the company i feel undervalued. But within my own department team, i feel much more seen and heard. The executive leadership team seems to only care about business deliverables versus the care of people. They only focus on the large brands versus the other brands which are impt.
Compensation in the tri-state ranks higher vs. Mondelez. Benefit of WFH is now offered elsewhere. Increased salary and/or other benefits (perks) would offset the competition in our industry.
I would like to have a market competitor paid, value you employee and knowledge and paid fairly , why outside candidates get fair paid and inside candidates are paid as is was a annual paid increase of 3% ? what is the point of applying and going to interviews and competition ?
Equivalent pay for the area in other CPG companies
Based on the inflation level and online evaluation of salary range of employees at corporate companies, there is an opportunity to adjust the pay to match up with other corporate companies.
Collaboration and support. The team supports me in ways beyond my project needs. They care about my health and overall wellbeing.
They are enthusiastic, put in a lot of effort, and care about each other. It never feels competitive. People are open and honest and almost always willing to help out where they can, even outside their direct responsibilities.

It's a positive, supporting working environment. Like any company, there are pockets of tension due to work stress due to project deadlines or people interaction, working on beloved brands in the food industry helps create a culture of positivity & fun.
