It's a fine enough company, nothing terribly wrong, but nothing terribly great either. Lots of bloviating about great sales numbers, but not enough attention paid to actually servicing the clients we are getting.

The pay is ridiculous for what we are asked to do, simple as that. But it's remote, and there aren't a lot of remote options out there anymore, so I stay.

Listening to those of us who don't bring in millions in sales - the people who do the actual work. We're hurting, and all anyone can talk about is how great our culture is. We don't need culture. We need the ability to do our jobs.
