What is the best part about your compensation package?
Base salary plus bonus compensation.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Was promoted from a temp to a permanent member of the team and given a lot more responsabilities and tasks to complete there was ni compensation incentive to go with this offer.

The interview process was not hard, I spoke to HR and the manager who was hiring. The interview was casual and to the point.

Getting on Teams call and interacting with my team and others. I like to see people, talk or discuss things. Being remote the interaction is important to me. You can feel really lonely if you don't interact.
