I like the transparence. I feel informed on the goals and where the company is going.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The unlimited PTO is a plus, I feel my compensation is adequate and the beneifts are good.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The friendliness of everyone. Everyone i interacted with is very positive, understanding, and kind. I have yet to really come across someone disgruntle.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is easy to work with, everyone is open to ideas, working together and we can challenge one another in a productive way.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting on Teams call and interacting with my team and others. I like to see people, talk or discuss things. Being remote the interaction is important to me. You can feel really lonely if you don't interact.
