What is the best part about your compensation package?
The HSA is now an incredible benefit since we have moved to Fidelity.

When increasing prices to stay ahead of inflation we haven't increased my pay the same way.

There are no raises for the company.

A yearly cost of living raise, the cost of living is out of control and what used to be good pay is now sub-par. The only way to get a raise is to leave and go elsewhere.

Operationally the company is a mess. Theres no clear oversight over how any departments are supposed to work together and any suggestions to fix these issues are typically met with silence. The messy operations leads to wearing more hats than what I'm compensated for.

We have incredible engineering resources, both pre and post sale. Both technical competence, and willingness to assist each other.

Occasional honesty when pushed about the fact that all we care about is selling. It keeps me/ us sane to acknowledge what is going on. Also, people come through even when set up for failure.

We need more training and certification

Tear down the walls between the different groups, people used to help out but now it our team, their team etc. If something is not correct they will not try to help figure it out they stop the process dead and will not touch until its fixed. Put ALL processes in writing!

I am customer-facing and our clients typically have a terrible attitude. I think they consider it a basis for stronger negotiations to always frame NWN in the worst possible light. I don't engage with that attitude and stay focused on doing my very best to help them, which I am passionate about.
