What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is on the same page and communicate with us regularly the vision, performance and outcomes so we are aware of the state of our business. The vision is the crucial piece because we need to understand how we, as employees, can contribute to achieving the desired results.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part is the quarterly bonuses that are tied to company performance and my own personal OKRs. I am challenged to find different ways to remove friction from the day-to-day activities of our teams that provide an easier path to productivity, leading to better company performance.

Everyone asked good questions and gave transparent feedback

Everyone was very warm and welcoming. I also liked that they were transparent about the state of the merger but was very passionate about the goals and objectives to make the merger a success.
