What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our insurance package. as well as the 401K

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Industry standards have risen . Company doesn't provide bonuses or a yearly raise in prompt fashion.

Being paid a fair wage would be great. I'm currently being paid $8 less than the going rate for my position.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Everyone was very warm and welcoming. I also liked that they were transparent about the state of the merger but was very passionate about the goals and objectives to make the merger a success.
