Was hat Ihnen am Interviewprozess am besten gefallen?
Manager was easy to talk and relate to.
Was ist am positivsten an Kultur und Umgang in Ihrem Unternehmen?
I think the most positive part is the mutual respect we have for one another.
Was sind einige der besten Dinge an Ihrem Team?
Most of us know our roles and get the job done. It makes shifts smooth and pleasant.
Was macht Sie bei der Arbeit am glücklichsten?
What makes me most happy is being able to run a smooth shift without feeling like I'm babysitting coworkers or having to constantly remind others to stay productive. Most days are pleasant.
Was gefällt dir am besten am Führungsteam?
I do appreciate my manager a lot because she has a great team work vibe. She practices what she preaches and runs a smooth shift. I haven't worked enough with the leadership above hers as much but I do know that numbers mean everything to them.
Warum fühlen Sie sich unterbewertet und was würde Sie bei Ihrer Vergütung besser fühlen lassen?
I feel that with my experience and education combined, I am more suitable and qualified for a management role. But because of the culture at Panda, you have to go through the ranks.. which is fine, but there are some manager who cannot speak or read English fluently. It doesn't seem right.
