Because they hired me and told me they were gonna give me more that 30 hrs a week and they gave me 12 days a month!! That's ridiculous. They didnt gave me more days but they keep on hiring more and more people. Besides that I work my 3 days a week and in my paycheck day I was missing $250 dlls.

the GM failed Panda by not fulfilling its Mission, disregarding Panda values, and ethics. The GM trampled the dignity of workers, deprived employees of their rights, arbitrarily cut the working hours of employees, and finally forced employee to leave jobs.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

the GM cut my working from 33 to 5 hours a week. I lost all benefits and twice I received biweekly paychecks that were under $200. In the end, because of the malicious, drastic reduction of working hours, reluctantly resigned (because of the oppressive conditions).
