What do you like best about the leadership team?

they whip me and yell daddy

charasimatic view and a perfect time spent there

My liking towards my leadership team is very limited but i can very much say they are very efficient.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Offer more structured training, in depth pointers on how to do any job without guess work/trial and error to improve efficiency. Make sure leaders are the PIC not bosses

They need to be thoroughly investigated in the area of chattanoog, Hixson, Cleveland, and ringold area

Needs to be better at cohesiveness and not having obvious bias's.

I personally think the leadership team needs to better listen to the lower level employees. If youre not a manager or above, your concerns will not be listened to

Actually managing stores and not micromanage everything and we obviously need better employees and stop turning a blind eye when someone reports other employees for misconduct

How to speak to their team members respectfully.

Need to reduce customer in store wait time by having more staff to handle take out orders separate staff to do only cash register and different staff distributing take out at cross county New York store

They need to improve on their closing skills. We close completely at 9:30, why am I leaving at 11pm?
