What are some of the best things about your team?

My team all love me and see how hard I work and get angry they refuse to promote me or acknowledge my hard work.

Cooperation as team work .

Our sense of family. We each work hard and push one another to succeed our goals.

All of my coworkers are very hard workers and have no problem getting through the day but management needs to change before everyone leaves to new opportunities.

Listening and getting to know the root cause instead of putting a bandaid on it

Communicarion, and team work. We had a solid team but

Better leaders. And those leaders need better leaders. No one values time or communication anymore and many people show up late or call in. This happens daily.

Teaching and providing examples to the team of what needs to be done.

The associates (red shirts) are generally fine, they need better guidance in a lot of cases and probably a bit more delegation so things arent missed. The managers do nothing but prep vegetables and sit on a computer all day, my store has no shift leaders (they all quit, i wonder why?)

Time mgmt skilled knowledge of Deceminating orders to the correct customers

It is not about coworker. The manager is a team leader, if she doesn't have a teamwork idea then every effort will fall apart. She need more training as need.

Group together and complain about our manager

My manager silvia in antelope, california never works and always sassing when i ask to take days off 2-3 weeks in advance.

They need to work better as a team, majority of the time its toxic and a free for all.

Communication would help alot but some have serious control issues

Actually be productive when closing rather than sitting around wasting time

I was the only non-manager on duty most shifts. There were frequent conflicting orders and one manager frequently shouted at me.

To teach the new people the rights way

They're doing just fine they dont need to change anything

Communication without being disrespectful. I've tried my hardest and I can't communicate with anyone without being treated poorly other than my assistant manager.

This company rewards boss behavior rather than leadership. The problems in this company are systematic and will only change from the top down. There is very little support for employees and this company fear mongers its associates. It encourages a healthy lifestyle but has zero work to life balance.
