The associates (red shirts) are generally fine, they need better guidance in a lot of cases and probably a bit more delegation so things arent missed. The managers do nothing but prep vegetables and sit on a computer all day, my store has no shift leaders (they all quit, i wonder why?)

It is not about coworker. The manager is a team leader, if she doesn't have a teamwork idea then every effort will fall apart. She need more training as need.

This company rewards boss behavior rather than leadership. The problems in this company are systematic and will only change from the top down. There is very little support for employees and this company fear mongers its associates. It encourages a healthy lifestyle but has zero work to life balance.
