What did you like most about the interview process?I liked what panda was supposed to be like but I was not shown anything I was told in the interview and panda did not do what they said they would do based on my performance.
What are some of the best things about your team?My team all love me and see how hard I work and get angry they refuse to promote me or acknowledge my hard work.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Better structured training by competent people who know the pointers to doing the job easier. This job can be fast paced but doesn't have to be difficult.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Offer more structured training, in depth pointers on how to do any job without guess work/trial and error to improve efficiency. Make sure leaders are the PIC not bosses
