getting complements on my cooking

Culture, environment and love from the company.

Smooth shifts with people working with the job requirements and the management holding them selves and the others to it

Feeling like a valuable part of the team.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Better structured training by competent people who know the pointers to doing the job easier. This job can be fast paced but doesn't have to be difficult.

This location is poorly managed and poorly staffed

Lots of tasks to undergo in a short amount of time

Replace the manager and assistant manager, training for new hires, manager won't answer the phone for work unless clocked in regardless who or why they try to contact him.

Illegal employment practices, discrimination and unreasonable demands.

Review from Sales Dept

Aco and management need to work on treating everyone equally

Review from Operations Dept

If you need the opinion of the public and associates, that means panda express obviously don't see any problems or care to find out, having to input any type of concern via a website that doesn't require true connection, only shows how much panda doesn't care

Manage people better and rotate associates

Stop overworking people and pay them well

Need to hire more workers

Review from Customer Support Dept

Employees are always stressed because of mal scheduling, becoming rude with customers.

Everything and anything still will be bad

GM is failing my team greatly. There is a large lack of compassion and I'm far from the first main morning front person who feels this way and is ultimately going to quit because of it.

The manager needs to learn how to treat others how she wants to be treated. Because as it is she doesnt treat her subordinates with respect.

Treat us like people and a thank you would be nice. Do not degrade usin front of other employees

Treat people fairly better work schedule employees evenly distributed during the week

Looks are deceiving, the company wants you to work as hard as possible to determine your worth there.

My manager needs to act like a leader and not that everything puts him out and he needs to keep up on the news and laws just like our ceo a lot of employees feel its unfair that we are being made to get the shot when we don't want it because they don't wanna do weekly testing

Review from Sales Dept

The customers complain all the time how our manager or GM just walks around wow we're doing all of the work I even had a customer yesterday was like how he just walk away in the middle of serving people they're rude customers do not like them at all

Not training people properly, making manager training to difficult and not having a training leader present, no one on one training.
