What did you like most about the interview process?

I liked what panda was supposed to be like but I was not shown anything I was told in the interview and panda did not do what they said they would do based on my performance.

It felt like I was part of the panda family

There is, honestly, not much I can say about the interview processes, since I haven't been able to observe them much, but I recall having a positive experience at mine. I liked the hospitality that they offered.

The questions and the presentation

Evaluation of oneself working in a restaurant environment. Questions, relative to entire job function.

It was quickly done and i recieved confirmation of my employment quickly as well.

The interview manager was very nice and asked l lot of questions.

It was genuine they wanted to get to know me. It was over all okay.

I like the interview process because the first interview for kitchen help/counter help is easy however when you start moving up to AM/GM/TL the interviews get tougher so that they can see that you are continuing to learn

less interviews for just a regular starting position

to not be afraid to turn down people cause they dojt meet the requirements

Require a resume. If panda wants to look as a more proficient restaurant, I believe our standards need to increase.

The regional director was not knowlegeable on companies benefits and avoided to talk about turnover rate.

long, tedious and too many hands in the interview process

The potential candidate should be fully reviewed before calling them in for an interview. This company uses a job board, and tells you to come in & interview before processing an actual application on their website. Shady practice, it should've been a red flag

It's bias without mentioning it, I've sat with a Manger during their conduction of the interview, and all I see is how the new candidate can help that store, I was told to be a manager I have to learn how to use people in order to make the store look good, words of the manager.
