Panda Express Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I get health care with panda and my wage is pretty good for food work.

Review from Operations Dept

Good benefit and fair pay hour

I really want to use the vision insurance, I want to have surgery to be able to see completely, it would be a miracle

Overall impact as a store, health, tuition, and technology discounts for everyday purchases. 401k Matching at 4% is number 1.

Insurance and 401K. My Husband working in huge communication company. He researched that Panda offer amazing insurance.

401k. They provide it even if you do not work full time.

I dont know what to out

The pay. They took away any chance an associate would have at a bonus, this question is pathetic if you know the company.

I don't have it. Right now.

The benefits, Healthcare and 401k

Health care package and info about more benifits to come

good insurance at low cost

I love how we get a lot of discounts

Quarterly bonus is the best!

Good time off when it is needed

Best compensation package is 401k

My payment is decent for the hours at a base pay but not for the skillset.

Free employee meal and pay per hour.

Out standing on my competition package

Review from Product Dept

Bonuses , Base pay, paid vacation & paid training

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Getting better hours and being less understaffed

Corncerns are not taken seriously and employer addresses the problem its not solved.

The only thing that can make me feel better is thag when theyre change the management and get rid of the bad apple.

I personally have been working for Panda Express for about 8 to 9 months, I know a lot of things that have of my shift lead do not know. Every time we get a new employee, I am one of the ones who will be training them. Alot of new employees will/are getting paid more than me.

Review from Sales Dept

More raises rather than 25 cents a year.

Yes by nothing providing the necessary staff to handle different responsibilities

I feel undervalued for the fact that i show proper respect to everyone within my workspace and that not much respect is recieved on my end and i would feel better if I was seen as an important actual team member not just any one who's worthless.

If the leadership would provide paperwork of employment with benefits, would train employees to actually progress.

The company doesnt care about us and the managers do everything they can to avoid or steal overtime pay from workers. We also should be paid more.

If I am going to sit there and get yelled at by my manager for things that are beyond my control or for other people's actions, I need to be paid much higher than I am currently gettiny.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Yes, I do feel undervalued. All I want is respect for myself, as an individual, and respect for my boudaries.

i am a full time worker and my manager took down 3 days of my work days because of my recent meetings with the military and it is mandatory for me to attend those meetings

They treat us as expendable and avoid us going over-time at all costs. The benefits are lacking.

Having a better rate of exchange for vacation days to hours worked.

There's a reason why there is a shortage of managers in panda, I believe that reason is favoritism, amongst making those who want to be managers look unfit for managerial positions, there is no encouragement in the work place. Compensation shouldn't be solely placed on income earnings, but attitude.

More pto and sick leave

If they gave me more hours

Didn't even get my sick hours paid when I told my manager to put them in before I quit, didn't get paid my sick hours

Pay better, treat customer service workers like people

Overworked every single time I was working.
