What do you like best about the leadership team?
Store leadership is wonderful, supportive but unable to have impactful change. ACO's leadership lacks the ability to genuinely motivate people, but instead and leads through fear. Our team now feels disengaged, frustrated, targeted. No consistency and a complete lack of trust.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I personally think the leadership team needs to better listen to the lower level employees. If youre not a manager or above, your concerns will not be listened to

Not pressuring people to sign up for promotions if they are not ready and if they are looking to promote, to make sure they know what they need to know first befor they are sent off to training.

I've never met the CEO, but my store manager was the worse. She was so focused on trying to get her promotion that she was never in our store. She shows up late everyday and then asks to leaves early. She then proceeded to not post our work schedule within the 24 hours of our next shift.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
They pay slightly above the average wage however, you work hard for it.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I personally have been working for Panda Express for about 8 to 9 months, I know a lot of things that have of my shift lead do not know. Every time we get a new employee, I am one of the ones who will be training them. Alot of new employees will/are getting paid more than me.

I understand that our bonus is based on our performance as a store and it's up to the manager to decide where it goes, but my store manager never gave out any bonuses and kept it to herself and would brag about how much she got.

ever since i worked at panda i dont have any panda sick hours. and my manager she told me that she increased my hourly rate to 15$ and she show me some stuff that is about my raised. and after a month i checked my adp i saw that my hourly rate is 14.75$ per hour only.

This company rewards boss behavior rather than leadership. The problems in this company are systematic and will only change from the top down. There is very little support for employees and this company fear mongers its associates. It encourages a healthy lifestyle but has zero work to life balance.

Panda forces its employees to pay out of pocket for expensive new-age self help classes to even be considered for promotion.

Our store manager put a lot of stress on everyone because she wasn't there to take any responsibilities of keeping the store running. I was working 30+ hours a week which was more than what our shift leads were working. She took advantage of my work ethic and would schedule me 6-12 days straight.
