This is a great company to work at for a temporary job. The pay is well and they wont let you go over 40 hrs (so you dont over work yourself) however thats about it. They will always put customers feelings over their own employees, and they do NOT do schedule time off. So dont even try
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I personally think the leadership team needs to better listen to the lower level employees. If youre not a manager or above, your concerns will not be listened to
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love my team, we all can relate to the good and bad times that we have at work, and we can rely on eachother when dealing with stressful situations.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I personally have been working for Panda Express for about 8 to 9 months, I know a lot of things that have of my shift lead do not know. Every time we get a new employee, I am one of the ones who will be training them. Alot of new employees will/are getting paid more than me.
