I have never heard of this team before and do not know what it consists of.

They are very supportive for managers in the store and are always there when you have a question.

Leadership is sales driven and mostly professional. But everyone seems to be on a different page. I have been told by managers that they have to change how they act and talk depending on what member of upper management is in front of them because they each expect something different out of you.

Communication, respect all associates and humbleness. Overall professionalism.

needs to enforce that the team works as a team and not just everyone only does their assigned task and then nothing else. Management needs to give employees an equal amount of work hours and not take all the hours for themselves. Management doesn't give a chance to grow even if the employee asks.

The co-workers try their best. In my experience the mistakes that are made comes from bad management/ improper training or management ignoring training opportunities to improve employees performance. Many cases some employees are not aware they are doing something wrong.

The manager is creating a negative environment and being toxic in the workplace. She cannot be trusted to tell anything to and yells at the associates in front of customers and other associates. The is no constructive criticism either way.
