Working at panda, the area managers pressure us to sign up for internal promotions. Then we dont get "developed" before go to training with the training leader and are expected to know and 3 binders full of things that were are to remember in 2 weeks. Tl talks down to you and belittles you.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Make the company less cult like.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Co workers need to be trained better on company policy and managers need to enforce policies.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Company hires unreliable people that dont drive and call out consistantly. Nothing is done about it.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
The regional director was not knowlegeable on companies benefits and avoided to talk about turnover rate.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not pressuring people to sign up for promotions if they are not ready and if they are looking to promote, to make sure they know what they need to know first befor they are sent off to training.
