I feel like a drone some times. Middle managment seems to have this idea of how things should work (on paper) but in reality, things donot work that way.

when someone asks me for help with something they are unsure about. a person that is willing to ask for help shows alot about them, opposed to someone who will not ask (values pride over getting a task done)
