The salary is very good, and raises are fair and generous.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For basic health services for my family, I often have to pay out of pocket, supplementing our insurance coverage more often than i feel is reasonable. Salaries are improving, but below market in many cases.
