When I accepted the position at Radiance Technologies I hadnt interviewed anywhere for years and didnt know my value. I got numerous other offers after accepting with similar benefits and more pay. After a year plus working here I'm still not at the pay that was offered by other companies

When I accepted this job I was offered more money at other companies. I asked the company to match and was denied. Over the last year those same companies have reached back out offering even more. My last pay raise still doesn't bring me up to the original offers I received last year.
