What is the best part about your compensation package?
No less than ERP Salary per my direct manager, performance bonuses, and PTO accrual rate.

Reasonable health/dental/vision benefit monthly premiums with stellar BCBS of Alabama coverage. Low copayments and deductible. Generous PTO hours. Flex time, great pay.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My manager is engaging with me on my request to increase my salary. that is a very positive action.

I would feel more valued as an employee if I was recognized for the extra hard work that I have put into the team. Working the extra long hours because we are short staffed and staying late when needed has gone unnoticed.

Took on a new role and felt that it was more of a promotion from where I started at Radiance but never say that in compensation

For awhile, I had to wear multiple hats to fill holes where people in other positions were not doing their duties (out of my department). It has been some time I've brought this to attention and had to fill the holes while maintaining my actual job duties. It's been really tough.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Within my direct group (managers and coworkers in our Dept) we have a high understanding and respect of each other's work-life-balance. It's unmatched and has been a gamechanger for my mental health and life.
