Very satisfied with the leadership and calculated growth. The changes we are seeing are exciting. I trust our leaders are making the right decisions and planning for our success.

I've enjoyed the overall culture that is growing at Radiance. It definitely needs more diversity growth but I believe that is not being neglected. I would like to see Radiance put more resources into making that a culture priority.

I originally really enjoyed the company and it's proven interest in the employees. However, executives and leaders have made sketchy decisions that resulted in the loss of key personnel. This has been noticed my competitors and customers. Trust and morale are at a low for many not in the C suite.

Overall, have really enjoyed the personalities and asperations of mid to lower management. Executive management often feels suspicious and lacks communication (even the All Hands are vague and dodge unique questions).

Commodore -- we work really great at solving issues together and sharing info and lessons learned.

There are a lot of lower or middle management that has genuine care and leadership skills.

The relationships I have made with coworkers; being able to rely on each other for support and learning.

Our leadership team grows with us. They consider what needs to change and listen to employee input on what is needed.

My compensation is low in comparison to what other local companies are offering for the same position, years experience, and work load

Their understanding and commitment to us as individuals outside of the workplace also. They consider, value, and balance work and the real world.

We collaborate often to solve and learn. We really appreciate and use teamwork to it's fullest. I've never had that at a job before.

The understanding of personal life and career goals. I am pleased to work somewhere that understands those things can run parallel and you can still achieve great success in both.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Multiple things have gone done hill fast. It's made the company have a bad reputation and many employees have left. It's made my morale go down and skeptical of what is next.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Within my direct group (managers and coworkers in our Dept) we have a high understanding and respect of each other's work-life-balance. It's unmatched and has been a gamechanger for my mental health and life.

What are some of the best things about your team?

My direct team is incredibly supportive, proficient, and dependable. We seek to learn and grow from one another. It has been a very enlightening and exciting career experience. Any coworker issues & failures I've experienced have been outside of my department.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The most positive piece of culture and environment is my direct boss having the platform to support us as individuals. I believe our company as a whole has done a genuine job and considering people's work-life balance. With the company allowing this, it's made for a flexible & understanding boss.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

For awhile, I had to wear multiple hats to fill holes where people in other positions were not doing their duties (out of my department). It has been some time I've brought this to attention and had to fill the holes while maintaining my actual job duties. It's been really tough.
