What is the best part about your compensation package?
The medical is the best part of my benefits. With serious health issues, it's nice knowing that our medical benefits are taking care of serious issues.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like I've grown into responsibilities, but the pay has not quite kept pace. More importantly, I feel like help hasn't come when I've been asking for it.

I started with Radiance at 30% lower salary than I had previously. After 5 years I have not regained the 30% I lost.

I think salary is lacking a little bit against what others in my role might be getting... I'm not wanting what I see others are getting, just wish I was a little closer. I also know that it's hard to budget these out in contracts that you're working on.

When I accepted the position at Radiance Technologies I hadnt interviewed anywhere for years and didnt know my value. I got numerous other offers after accepting with similar benefits and more pay. After a year plus working here I'm still not at the pay that was offered by other companies

Fun to work with, incredible depth of knowledge in their fields and ability to adapt where knowledge is absent.

The one where we're in this together and we work like that. We all want the best solution and we trust each other to get us there. Everyone is giving their best effort and keeping it as light and fun as possible.

Understaffed, overworked, priorities changes daily. Lack of respect for my team. Better on-boarding process to provide a deeper understanding on how things work. Provide more interdepartmental specialty training classes.
