I'm one of the "older" employees at Radiance starting here about 4 years ago. Working here with all the super smart young talent has really energized my attitude and enjoying my job.

Dayton leadership is fantastic! Give the implementation teams complete freedom to run their own projects while working so hard to keep plenty of work in the pipeline.
