I like how everyone seems to genuinely enjoy their jobs and being at work.

There are too many positives to list. I sincerely cannot think of one negative thing with regards to Radiance Technologies.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The company needs to be willing to invest more in it's employees and care less about the profit line. New computers for developers, free drinks/snacks, a gym stipend, paid maternity/paternity leave, and more support for non-degree based training and certifications would all be helpful to the culture

They need to make individuals feel more valued and not like a number that could be fired on a whim. They also need to be more generous with overhead and support financially non-contract team-building, moral, etc..
