Our leadership are down to earth. Our CEO cares more about lower-level jobs then the highest-level jobs and that speaks volumes to me. He also cares about the little things.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They have lost touch with what is going on, how they are treating staff. We get told about these great hires and the future of the company then that person who is going to get us there is let go, no explanation. We seem to get a new president every year. Hard to get behind that.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Friends or family of leadership seem to get moved up the fastest, has nothing to do with quality of work. Manager does not believe in me or my team so we do not get pay increases. Appearances and how you make them look seems to be their deciding factor.
