Responsive without micromanaging. Very good at hiring strong people. Know the business very well.

These people are all brains. Nice, fun to work with. Care deeply about their work.
What did you like most about the interview process?
We are rapidly improving our interviewing process. It was very intuitive rather than doing in-depth technical interviews.
