Radiance seems to know how to bring on the talented people who are leaving the military and retain top quality talent. Radiance has brought on a LOT of my former Airmen, and they were all the better ones, not the lazy and disinterested ones :-)

Everybody is so approachable and kind. Everyone wants the same (strategic) things and everyone's input is valued when brainstorming happens. And again, Radiance takes care of its people. From bringing people in on overhead while waiting on clearances to process and through contract gaps = class act

The way that they understand that people are the key to success and they work HARD to ensure that they do not lose talented people during contract gaps or contract loss. Contract loss and the loss of a job is the most feared thing about being a contractor. Radiance eases that concern. Bravo!

The medical plan is by far the best medical coverage my family has ever had (including the free military care). I have free medical care for life through the VA and my family is already covered by Tricare. I STILL pay for the BCBS plan because of the flexibility and how it covers chiropractic care

Knowing that I have a great team of experts to count on if I ever have a need. Knowing and understanding the strategic importance of the mission and how we are a major part of that is key. Getting feedback from the customer that they really like what we do for them as intelligence professionals.
