It's the best experience I've ever had at a company. It made me realize that what I thought was normal, was mostly being abused as an employee. I feel like I matter, I feel like I am contributing, and I feel like I am growing. I feel empowered.

I feel great company pride in what we do and how we do it. I feel like I work with some of the best people in the industry and people who are passionate about what they do - not just after the payday. I like that what we do benefits our country as well.

I feel like I am always on the A-Team and whenever I am in a group of highly credentialed people, my input and skills are valued and highly welcomed.

I think salary is lacking a little bit against what others in my role might be getting... I'm not wanting what I see others are getting, just wish I was a little closer. I also know that it's hard to budget these out in contracts that you're working on.

I feel like I am surrounded by people who are SME's at what they do - and if they aren't, they push forward like they are and get there. People willing to learn new things and the grace to deal with everyone else who is also learning new things and pushing into new areas.
