It's like family. Because of the employee-ownership, we are able to innovate and explore things outside of the box. That generates huge positive morale and brings people closer together.

They make decisions in the best interest of the mission of our customers and the employees, whether that matches their personal short term interests or not. They do the right thing for the right reason.

Two things: PTO and profit sharing. I am worried that we are starting to stretch too far to satisfy everyone with benefits that most do not care about. We should focus benefits on what is important to many...
