Startek: Depends on team that you get in, either you will get a bad or good leader to manage the team. Instead of supporting the team when in needs, I find the leader seems like to push us when in comes to work. Instead of them help us, we need to help them more to do their work.

Even though we are a global company, I think we don't have a strong benefits package. As an employee I feel encouraged to speak my mind.

Some may claim that they are people first, here in TU, that is really happening and not just for advertisement or promotion. TU values each individual's contribution to the company.
