As long as my team does well I'm not in harms way, as soon as a number drops I'm on the chopping block. I don't get paid fairly for the hours
GE Vernova: separation was announced 3 days before I joined, so I had already quit my previous job. I knew coming into corporate my time would be limited. however I have lucky enough to join the SMO and help build out Vernova Corporate. Hopefully it turns into something permanent. As I do enjoy GE.
TaskUs: no words can explain how happy i am with Task us, i don't want to compare but out of 4 companies ive been with, this is the best. the level of learning I had here is way far from my previous one, it teaches me a lot, about how to become a great leader, a different aspect of leadership.

TaskUs: Poor communication and lots of movement and transfer when you're still adapting from your current LOB. Low pay and no incentives. Not transparent and overall a negative experience.
TaskUs: Is have been a good experience on this last 3 months, I already learned so much. I miss sharing more with my coworkers, but actually everyone there is cool and friendly. I recommend working here and he pay is good too.
Conduent: I absolutely love my job, the flexibility, and the ability to make a difference in the lives of the people in my community. I love that the managers are so supportive and that everyone is accepted for who they are. The only thing I would change is not getting yearly raises. That is very important.
Costco: When I get appreciated and supported, it makes me feel like we are valued and are noticed for the hard work that we do.
Asurion: I came to Asurion in 2018 and have progressed in 2020 by becoming a coach and continued my success as a coach.
TaskUs: Worst of all, I could say, forced with low pay, massive queues, no incentives, endless disputes for the holidays ( which I don't bother to dispute since no good outcome it will be ending with ). Endless LOB transition with no acknowledgements if we agree, No increases. Nothing positive at all.

UKG: Working at UKG has been great. I realized that I wanted to dive into the HRIS field when I volunteered at a past company to implement and manage WFD & UKG Pro. I took a huge step back coming to UKG as a RR payroll rep. Once my 1 year was up, I was able to land a promotion to continue my HRIS success

Asurion: Benefits are great. Growth is stale. Senior leadership is good but not very engaging with Frontline workers. Most of my contact with leadership is through a Team Coach which can be a little tricky to manage.

Builders FirstSource: Good company overall and benefits are good. Management takes care of us overall however, they need to enforce employees to do their job. Fire none workers that want pull the fair share of work and hire employees who want to work. Trim the dead weight.

Foundever: I joined as a TL for International process EMED my managers and colleagues were very supportive, as a TL I was able to interact with my agents , but I was upset when I was moved to a different process, however the current process i am getting support from my reporting manager and I m happy now.

Foundever: when I join sykes are there where we get handsome salaries along with the perks and benefits like incentives bonuses etc now we didn't get any incentives and no bonus and the transport system also become worst now a days cab person can come anytime to pick up there is no pickup time many more

Foundever: I have completed two years in the company now. I was hired during the pandemic. I was not sure how the company would be. But I am satisfied with the work. But due to my dedication, I have been given two additional projects to manage. And it is becoming a little difficult to manage.
Conduent: It's an extremely fast paced environment and a lot is expected of you. It is a great opportunity to learn and gain experience. But pay is well below market and if you are interested in new challenges and career growth, you will have to look outside of the company.
Foundever: It's been and exciting journey, when I joined this company I had totally negative feedbacks about the team and the department that worked with, its only after joining this current team in past 3 years now, I feel that my hard work pays off, which I Truely appreciate.

TaskUs: For almost seven years, I can say that I have not felt bored or burned out with what I do. Like I said, it is not without struggles, but the positive outweighs the negatives. I know that I can talk to my supervisor anytime I encounter some hiccups and she will help me navigate through it.
