Root Insurance: The leadership is very bad. Bad decisions and self sabotage, yet they never take accountability and somehow these massive bonuses keep getting handed out to them. The fact is that folks like the CEO, new COO, and new CTO have navigated the pandemic with supreme incompetence. Culture is a train wreck
Bank of Hope: I enjoy working at Bank of Hope.
Entrata: For a company that uses the slogan: "Talk to me Goose", it's a false narrative. When product changes take place, more emphasis is placed on getting those changes communicated to the clients than to support, so that support is made to look incompetent. That's born out of disdain for the lower paid.
Insight Global: Challenging but worth every minute of hard work.

Medical Mutual Of Ohio: The CEO needs to be more oriented toward the broader market placee and his emploees
Targa Resources: Hourly employees are paid in wide ranges for different crafts. Theses rates are directly related by closeness to superiors. Recommend a skill and dependability based compensation system. Positive at least one of the locations would not follow it if history repeats itself

Atlassian: Awesome place to be. Love it
Insight Global: How willing they are to support change and growth in the organization.

Pay doesn't match the living cost but the only reason I stick to my job is because i love what i do and the support i get from my direct manager is very valuable. The company also need to practice equality and fairness as a whole and not favor one team over other.

We are growing and I want to continue grow with, but not just job duties, real money, like other job get valued. I personally am tired of seeing people quit.
Esurance: There is room for improvement in EVERY area of this company. Everything is fine as long as you don't need them and you keep paying them every month. The SECOND you have an accident, they stop all communications.
