No dissenting voices are heard and nothing improves; for the customers or employees. There are great people who work here dispite the companies in ability to develop a brain!!!

Philips: returned my 2 items i rented for one month. I returned both devices and philips received the next day. I have pics of what went in the return box. I have been harased for a constant 3 weeks to return the devices. My phone had my name on it and my monitor did not. mixed up in receiving.
Samsung: Poor customer service too long.I can't get anyone on the phone
Keystone RV Company: The camper was not made well to begin with. Poor craftsmanship.getting issues fixed is another nightmare

Smart & Final: Cashiers not sounding and acting like robots. There's also usually never anyone you can ask for help. They're so involvedwith stocking shelves which relates only to sales, and not to helping customers which also relates to revenue. A happy customer is the most impor-tant.
Podium: Salary and comp increases are fair and balanced.
DICK'S Sporting Goods: The way they speak to people is very disheartening, espically when I show up to work and do the right thing.
Belk: The Maryville, TN store is a huge mess! Boxes of shoes are all over the floor. Shoes & their boxes. The clothing depts are messy too, but not as bad as the shoe deot. I asked a clerk, he only replied, we have a lot of shoes. Belk has gone dowhill over the last several years, no quality name brands.
Fidelity International: They show true passion in their products and have great customer service. The agents always provide a clear explanation to my queries and are authentic people who genuinely care.

KFC: This brand should fired the manager with the getto attitude!!! I ask for a bucket and I ask for no wings in it!! The manager refused to sell me the order the I ask because she say so !!! And then when I was leaving the store she start to make fun saying that "Ha still leaving with no chiken! Getto!
InTown Suites: Fire the GM and look for someone better. He had kicked me and my family out for absolute no reason. I have a family that is 3 babies and 2 adults.
Express Scripts: Fire the entire executive suite and board members, and submit to a DOJ investigation for Medicare fraud. Their world class INCOMPETENCE in processing prescriptions, handling prior authorizations, and delivering critical meds on time is BLATANTLY CRIMINAL. I have nothing good to say about about them.
Cloudflare: They are creative, intelligent, respectful and hard working.

Procter & Gamble: Bought a mr clean mop a couple year ago purchased a new one it has half the head on it as the old one did the exact same brand same price as a gift for the other one this is highly disappointing not even calling not even calling it mop more like a duster not very good for that

Bloomingdale's: The only good thing is some of the co workers ive met at the flagship. We've had really good employees come but they rarely stay long since its so disfunctional. We have had the store hire mentally ill people and an actual convicted child predator so this made things very uncomfortable for us.

Goodwill: The prices in my area are unbelievable on many items. No common sense is being used when prices these items. Example: bundle of 3 toys ( $1.25 sticker still on each box from Dollar Tree) for $5.99. I told the clerk it was truly embarrassing for them. Price items to move. I see things sit for weeks.

I felt some impatience from the clerk in assisting me navigate the fax process. This store is in a large residential community with many elderly residents. We're not tech savy.
Christopher & Banks: Advertising. When you seach for a physical location there is a website available on the seatch page for the physical store however the sale prices are not honored in the store. I was told the online and stores are 2 different entities. When searching for a store the website should'nt be associated.
