PKL Services: The ESOP program needs to be more transparent. We have been told for 2 or 3 years that the ESOP was going to be closed but it still hasn't happened. I still have not received my annual statement for 2023. I have very little faith or confidence in this program as a benefit to rely on in the future.

Cognia: The CEO is extremely hierarchal, plays favorites with groups/divisions, and becomes defensive when questioned. There is a lack of trust in the organization because he states that financials are "fine" and then layoffs follow immediately. Stated values are abandoned when the political winds change.

Safelite AutoGlass: I applied to this job for customer service, NOT SALES! Too much focus on selling wiper blades. In training they down play it, but that is the main focus here and getting customers on text and email lists for marketing. Can be draining on mental health. Too much focus on KPI's and stats. Only sales.
