Apria Healthcare: No customer service at all! I have scheduled appointments 3 times with Apria to pick up oxygen tanks I don't need. I make appointments with a human after holding on the phone for interminable amounts of time, only for them to never pick ip the tanks or call. I really am disgusted with all of you!

Waste Management: Actually providing customer service. We had no service in January of 2025 and NO response from customer service. I have now been on hold for 2 hours and 41 minutes and counting to try to get some customer service. Not happy!

For example I have seen where they would not let one employee return back to work until cleared and 100% yet another is allowed to come back with accommodations that require more work from others for him to do his job.
