On almost every level, including your on site on duty manager I encountered. They could care less about customer service. They are lost.

Chick-fil-A: i have been scheduled under 5 hours the past month and one week i was not scheduled at all, multiple employes noticed 4 people were getting all the hours while we got none or close to none, the leaders stick us outside in very cold and rainy conditions which left 2 employees sick.
United Rentals: Overall the company seemed ok for a big corporation Local management was long and inexperienced, the only reason I quit is I had a couple of issues 1 accident and 2 separate issues with equipment falling off truck while loading or unloading ( class B driver) and it sounded like HR was going to let

Sonic Drive-In: Easy process, not complicated at all. Easy to get job
Enterprise Rent-A-Car: Pay is low, managment is terrible, and raises are a joke. Been there 15 years and its not how well you do your job, but who you know when it comes to promotions. They will tell you a degree is required for advancement if you dont kiss the ring, even though there are managers without them.
Dillard's: The Locality of the Springfield Mo mall is perfect.
Saks Fifth Avenue: I worked for many years. And what happened to this company is extremely disappointing.
Whirlpool Corporation: Resolved customer concerns/complaints filed w/BBB, Atty. Gen., and leadership
Speedway: worked under a manager switch, original manager went out for back surgery, replacement was great. Old manager came back, the store fell apart. I devolved mentally, everyday I hated coming in, it was getting hard to control my anger and I would often need to go to the back for a deep freezer scream.

Monro Muffler Brake: I went througj the referal program and got my son a job. Hes been there for over 9 months now and i uavent recieved the referal money! Ive called in left messages over a month ago still no returned call, so i called 2 weeks ago again and still no call back or no response to my problem at all !
Crusoe: Overall it's been an awesome and challenging experience I've grown tremendously as a person and as an engineer. I plan on continuing to grow.
Alcon: Risk aversed, too many VPs and too much of unwanted process (even for regulated industry).

Cincinnati Bell: There was a very large buyout offer made to employees late last year. Unfortunately, we're completely understaffed. The main focus of the company is to sell itself off. They are willing to let the new owner pick up the pieces.
Au Bon Pain: they shut down our store 2 days notice and I was out on bereavement. I haven't been able to get my tax doc because there is no one to call. and I didn't get my last paycheck! my overall experience was terrible and I worked their for over a year as a supervisor
Five Below: I value their wide range of fun and trending items for all types of people. I value their DEI policy and their products that reflect that.

Leaders do not have families and work excessively. there is a culture that we should be accessible 24/7. work/life balance is not valued or encouraged. the past is frantic.

McDonald's: I worked at town Centre location in mytrle beach. A manger there want you to be afraid of hi. Whenever you see him you should be wiping, sweeping etc. Don't get me wrong I like cleaning and should clean your station but I do more cleaning than taking orders.
TaskUs: The sense of family and what it is to have a team that is away from home. Bringing us together so that our chemistry is great.

Instacart: I work here for the salary, I don't find the work or mission fulfilling and am often repulsed by the tone-deaf communications from C-suite. This is another corporation fighting to keep minimum wages down for their most needy workers.
Red Robin: Very good and exciting, not only that but the whole workspace is absolutely amazing and clean. And unlike most restaurants I've worked at but this one actually uses real food and actually cooks the food themselves. And at most of the red robin's I have worked at they use this savory cook book.
