Instacart: It's a good company and it used to be very employee friendly. Now they're tightening everywhere they can without obvious reasons for it and without a clear benefit, so the culture has changed significantly. Looking from outside these may be small, but internally people feel they're becoming numbers.

Qualfon: As a BPO, cost savings are prioritized over many other factors. The workload is well-balanced, and employees are not typically required to work longer hours to complete tasks. Upper management is accessible and receptive to feedback, and colleagues are appreciative and supportive of one another.

RingCentral: While it is a huge, glaring red flag how quickly leaders are let go and replaced and how quickly organizational changes are applied, one might view it as an opportunity to become more forward-looking, agile, resilient, and prone to anticipating changes. It's both unstable yet challenging.
