I've had an incredible career here at ReedPop, starting as an entry-level Coordinator and now leading a team as a Director. I've grown my skillset to be a valuable asset to our company and train my team to become high performers. I'm proud of the work I do everyday.

I've been fortunate to have an incredible career here at RX. I started at entry level and have worked my way up to managing my own team and department. I feel as though I have invested my hard work and skills into the company which has invested back into me.

I really value the flexibility in our PTO, Modern Family Leave options, and remote working. The organization recognizes that we have lives and obligations that sometimes require flexibility outside of a normal 9-5 so we can perform our best day-to-day at work.

Currently, it's my salary. My compensation package was recently increased and I finally feel I have the salary to match my skill set and what I bring to our team. I feel valued, appreciated, and motivated to give my best each day.

Other than payday, my coworkers make me the happiest. The work we do can be fun, but it's also very exhausting and can be extremely stressful at times--that's the nature of events. Working with a team that is passionate, energetic, and enthusiastic helps.

They don't just care about us as employees; they care about us as individuals. They want to see us (and thus the business) succeed and they do everything they can to remove obstacles. They celebrate our successes and challenge us to help us improve.

Specifically, the ReedPop leadership team is extremely communicative and open with our larger team. We can go to them with any question, no matter how big or small, and they answer it the best they can. They're also really good at challenging us to be better.

The ReedPop team is the BEST. Everyone genuinely wants to help and support each other. We consistently challenge ourselves, not to outperform each other, but to outperform ourselves to produce the best work we can for our fans. This team makes work and even travel fun each and every day.

Our team consistently brings the best version of ourselves to work each day. We're passionate about the work we do and understand that our events mean something to our fans. At the same time, we know how to have fun and genuinely enjoy being around each other--work hard & play hard!

I love that I have autonomy over my schedule and my work. I can rely on my manager, but they trust me to do my job and come to them when I need support. I'm passionate about the work I do and how important it is to our customers (aka our fans).

I feel equally matched on a team that cares about the work we do and strives to do their best. Our team at ReedPop is energizing and motivating. We celebrate each other's wins and we support each other when we take a risk and lose. It's the best team environment I've ever worked in.

I know this might not be everyone's experience, but I feel I am treated as a human first and foremost. I have never been made to feel as though I'm a number on a spreadsheet. I have always felt while working at RX and ReedPop that I am a valued member of the team and my contributions matter.
