Bob's Discount Furniture: I returned the two pillows. However, the store did not update my Wells Fargo account. I am mentally distressed because of Bob's Discount Furniture. I called their customer service four times and spoke with a supervisor twice. Following the supervisor's directions, I filed a dispute with Wells Fargo.

Subway: Worst ever customer service. I never got response from franchise manager after he requested for more information. I resubmitted the feedback but still no luck. Not sure how many customers feedback you guys dont bother responding to.
Cricket Wireless: Stop lying to customers about claim procedures and time on getting issues fixed! No email available to communicate with upper management when the lower level refuses to act! I run my business through cricket phone service. But I've been waiting over 2 weeks for a phone that has yet to arrive!

WoodSpring Hotels: Keeping the bad apples out. This girl who was constantly drunk started problems with half the hotel and management let her stay. She had the police show up a couple times. Damaged property. Threatened a pregnant woman.

Nucor Corporation: So far it has not been a bad experience. Had a medical emergency early in my hiring and the team pulled together to cover my time. I did not fear for losing my job at all and was able to make sure the care was in place that i needed before returning.

American Eagle Outfitters: The length being extra long is so nice!
Sonos: Fix the basic ability to play music without dropouts and a fast and responsve experience. The app is horrid - im a product designer and it breaks so many UX best practices - really bad at pretty much everything it tries to do and much worse than the app it replaced.
Taco Bell: Higher pay rate and a better PTO package and consistent scheduling and hours
Caseys General Stores: It was an easy interview

TP: During my first days in the company, everyone greeted me with open arms. When I finally get the job on the production offices, the team and the management are very cooperative and supportive to each other.

Subway: subway rewards are the WORST I have ever seen. Customer Service admits they have had a problem with rewards. Yet they refuse to give credit based on purchases. Additionally in-store purchases are not posted to rewards. Having lived on subs for last one year, daily purchase, this is unacceptable.

Century Communities: Other members of the leadership team are team oriented to get the job done and support people where needed. Decent direction in operations.
