TaskUs: It's been a good year overall, but definetly lots that could be improved especially with the salary or skills allowance.

CAE: If you work in the Montreal main plant you are part of the core team and are typically rewarded well, unless you are in D&S. If you do not work in Montreal, you do not matter unless you are manager. This is no career growth for technical pers outside Montreal.

Experian: They are incompetent, their website is broken, and there is no way to contact an actual person.
American Express: The customer service has all been outsourced and you can't understand anyone. Additionally, there is no consistency when applying for cards.
Risepoint: I enjoy coming to work each day and the impact we have with our partners.
Sonos: Rollback the failed deployment of the app and allow customers to enjoy music once again. The app launch has been a disaster on many fronts.

Vrbo: VRBO customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. They use phone reps. that have very little to no training. They have no authority to fix problems or the skills or training to help with any issues or problems. I have recommended my friends not list with VRBO.

Sonos: They changed their software so you can only listen to their "radio stations", with ads. You can no longer listen to your own music collection. They also changed their privacy policy, and now sell your private data to third parties. You think you are buying speakers, but in fact Sonos sells you.
TaskUs: I started working with Taskus on July 14-2022 as a team mate. Worked with different LOB gained knowledge. and I am applying for IJP. And happily working with Taskus.
